Fairly clean, reasonable value hotel, the location was brilliant and unbeatable just next door to the harbour as well as cruise terminal and earthquake park. The room with many amenities.

We had an excellent stay for the last four nights of our trip.

The hotel was the best base for enjoying a nice quiet area, close to the harbor, the Steak House, and cruise terminal and earthquake park. Loved a superb breakfast with view all over Kobe. The staff were accommodating and amiable too.

I stopped at this amazing hotel in Kobe for a quick getaway from Kyoto. The spacious and well-designed room had a fantastic harbor view. It was in close walking distance to the harbor and various restaurants. The service was fantastic, with staff helping with luggage and providing extra amenities like Nespresso coffee and beauty products. Conveniently located near the JR station, it was worth the splurge.

Outstanding food, had superb stay.

The hotel was in a favourable location really close to many attractions including the harbor, the restaurants, and Sannomiya. It also was further away from the main commercial area.

Perfect and excellent location in Kobe, near to the harbour area, Chinatown and nearby restaurants. For tea or coffee visit Rough Rare nearby.

The hotel was delightful and fairly clean with exceptionally good views of the sea and port. The restaurant here was super at the top floor with good view, we both ordered outstanding dishes.

I recently stayed at the Oriental Hotel in Kobe for a week-long vacation with my husband. The service and attention to detail at this hotel are unparalleled. The spacious and beautifully appointed room was a welcome change from the cramped accommodations we experienced in other cities. The staff, many of whom spoke English, made communication a breeze. Our dining experience at Medium Rare was outstanding, with delicious food and an incredible view. I also recommend the bar, J.W. Hart, for fantastic drinks. The amenities provided for our three boys, such as kids' pajamas and a diaper disposal bin, were a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend this hotel. Totally recommend this hotel.

Fairly clean, family-friendly hotel with amazingly helpful staff. Got a nice size room with marvellous views over the bay and central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel television.
